Pardie Apparel cares about our customers! We guarantee that your transaction is safe and secure. Unfortunately, we do occasionally receive orders that are suspicious in nature. In an effort to verify these orders and prevent unauthorized credit card usage, we may contact you via e-mail to confirm details concerning your account. We understand the delay this causes for Priority Orders (if the information cannot be verified within 24 hours). However, this protocol is for the customer's protection. If we do not receive a response within 5 business days of our e-mail request, your order will be cancelled. Pardie Apparel reserves the right to cancel any order considered fraudulent in nature. We are committed to providing our customers with the highest level of customer service, as well as a positive and safe shopping experience.
